Section Distinguished Award Winners

The Distinguished Service Award was established in 1978 to honor members for long and meritorious service to the Section.  Candidates for the award are nominated at a regular Executive Board meeting and a secret vote by the Board is taken to determine the recipient. The Award is usually presented at the May Section meeting. This joint meeting with the CIC of Windsor is an annual dinner affair.usually held in Canada. It serves as a medium for awards to be presented by both groups to outstanding college and high school students, our 50 year members, the DSA and other awards as well. Photos and short bios of DSA recipients are available here or through the links in the table.
